Phone screener with HR, then invited to speak on the phone with the manager of the product team. After that, I was invited to speak with another of the team members. I liked that in each case it felt more like a casual conversation and less like a stressful interview. They really seemed like they just wanted to understand my background and fit for the needs of the role. Unfortunately I was not selected for the job, but it was a pleasant experience.
