It's a very long process. Plus, a lot of internal delays due to multiple rounds of layoffs. - Okay, so, I applied online and was invited to a screening call with the U.S. HR department. The interview lasted under 30 minutes and covered discussions about my experience. Two weeks later, I had a video interview with the hiring manager, which also lasted around 30 minutes. During the interview, we discussed our capabilities and got to know each other. Another two weeks passed before I was asked to prepare a presentation, which I delivered via video call to the hiring manager and general manager. The presentation lasted 45 minutes. Unfortunately, I did not hear back for a couple of weeks and finally received a rejection email. Overall, the interview process was fairly lengthy. I would suggest potential candidates familiarize themselves with recent reviews and interview experiences before applying. Just so you can determine if it's worth it.
