Interview
Following initial screening I was contacted for a phone interview. The recruiter was running late for the interview so we started about 10 minutes after the scheduled time. At the end of the phone interview I was invited to undertake an online assessment.
I never heard back from them! I clearly underwhelmed them! I e-mailed them back to say thank you for the interview and that they had obviously chosen to move forward with another candidate. To thank them once again for their time & wish them continued success with their company. They didn't even e-mail back.
I wouldn't take my experience as a negative directly associated to the company its values and its culture. I still see the brand very positively and their founder very inspiring. I take my experience as a negative experience with that individual working for the company and their inability to manage their time and candidate follow up.

Interview
It took a little under half an hour. You are shown around the office and then sat down for a 1:1. You get asked some pretty softball 'blue-sky' questions like 'sell a blind person the colour green' or 'convince me to eat sushi instead of pizza'. You're also asked out of PIPE (professional, integrity, passion, empathy) which one you suit the most. The person who did the hiring quit so maybe it's different now.

Phone screen, Face-to-face interview with Human Resources and with the manager. Can be only Human Resources, depending on the area and position you are applying to. The managers are really into the process.
