Worst interview process I have ever been through, and would not recommend. Offer consisted of low pay and I was asked to attend 8 interviews and create/present a presentation that took around 4-5 hours to prepare. Overall, I spent about 20 hours interviewing for a low-mid level job, with little notice before interviews. Notes did not seem to be taken or passed on between interviews, so I was asked the same basic questions over and over again in multiple interviews.
This process went on for about 2 months. After 7 interviews and a presentation at O2E I received an offer from a different company. When I informed HR, my other offer was scoffed at, even though it was much better. I was told that I pretty much had the job at O2E and should wait, as I just had to meet the CEO. The CEO however would not be available until the following week due to having a "thought day" and some travel engagements, which was well over my allotted time to accept the other offer. I asked for any alternative, a phone call or Skype, yet they refused to budge.
The following week I go in to meet the CEO. He delivers no pleasantries, and as soon as I sit down informs me that he does not read resumes and was not informed that I was interviewing or had done a presentation. He then proceeds to ask me the same basic questions I had already been asked 7 times. By the time this was all over I had already accepted the other offer, but overall it was a very frustrating experience with O2E. If this is the interview process I cannot imagine how inefficient the work culture is.
