Okta Advertising Manager interview questions

I was contacted directly by a recruiter through Linkedin Inmail. We set a date and time for an initial call. When she was supposed to call me she sent me a message saying a meeting had run late and if we could reschedule. I immediately told her that there was no problem and that I was available later that day or the next week (it was a Friday). She never answered back. This is super unprofessional. I had researched the company and it seems a great place to work, but if this is how they treat prospective employees...
