Okta Technical Account Manager interview questions

The first couple of rounds were pleasant. I'm new at IAM but very experienced at the TAM role, and expectations were set that this was acceptable for the role as long as I was a willing learner. The third was a technical screening focused on IAM technical acumen (which I had already expressed that I didn't have). If expectations had been uniform, less time would have been wasted. Additionally, one of the technical screeners called me "non-technical" (though I had already explained I spent over a decade as an engineer). Insulting at best.

I applied for a job, a couple of days after i got an email from an okta hr asking for my availability. I sent him 2 mails without getting any answer, then i got an automatic mail telling me that they won't continue the process
