It first started out as a phone interview by a very friendly recruiter, who asked simple questions about salary expectations and if I was okay with the shift that was explained in the job posting. After asking the questions she set me up with a 1:1 interview. I went to the location and I was greeted by the front desk receptionist and was taken into a comfortable interview room. The interview questions I felt were pretty challenging. After the interview, I was provided a tour of the location as well. I was advised there would be a second interview involved if I am selected for it.
