OnDeck interview questions

After applying online for the role, I received an immediate response from a recruiter. I had an interview scheduled within 1 day and had a positive experience. The First Round went very well and the recruiter asked for me to do an interview 3 days later with a Senior PM. While that call was rescheduled a few days later, the interview was relatively easy. There were a number of question of fit/culture as well as some hypothetical situations that an APM goes through. At the end of the second round interview, the Senior PM said he thought I would be a great fit. He said he would email me so I could ask some more questions. Additionally, he said they were still early in the process but that I would hear from the recruiter soon. After 2 weeks and no emails from either the recruiter or the Senior PM, I sent a follow-up email asking for a timeline. The response I received was curt and unprofessional, the recruiter saying "Wait another week until the next steps are finalized. If you don't hear anything from me by Friday, email me again on Monday." 2 follow-ups later and no reply. Overall, out of the 20 companies I have interviewed with in the past 2 months, this is the worst. As you can tell from other reviews, they lack the decency and respect to send follow-up emails to interviewers. While the company has positive reviews, they have extremely poor reviews for their interviewing process which will catch up to them soon.

Three hours of wasted time. Don't even bother applying to this company unless you are under 30 years old. The entire office screams age bias. They are putting together a NYC BOILER ROOM. Be forewarned. This company is shady.
