Oncourse Home Solutions interview questions

This one is a doozy. Easily, the worst impression I've ever had from a company. I tried to remain patient as I interviewed with 7 people for a total of 9 times over the course of three months. They seemed unorganized from the very beginning. I was fine with it, but then they spent the final month deliberating, promising to give me updates by specific dates, and then breaking those promises repeatedly with random excuses. Finally they called me to say that they were not sure what direction they wanted to go in, that they were looking for MORE out of the role (although what "more" means was ambiguous), and that they were going to start the search over from ground zero.

 That's fine, more power to them that they want to find the right candidate. To be honest, they’re probably looking for a unicorn. But red flags were everywhere about this company as I interviewed with them, and although I'm bitter about it being such a long and drawn out process, it was probably a blessing in disguise. All of the reviews of this company on this website has indicated extremely poor leadership — I was definitely alarmed to see such consensus about the dysfunction and toxicity there. I can’t speak to “toxicity”, but after going through what I went through for three months, I totally see the “dysfunction.”

 Do yourself a favor. If you’re in the middle of interviews with them, just ghost out on them.
