Optiv interview questions

8 interviews, was told I was getting job, went ghost town and they won't return calls. Be ready to go through a pointless round of interviews. Recruiter will set everything up but will never return calls if your not the chosen one.

I applied through an external referral to the hiring manager. I had the initial conversation with him and 3 other members of his team. He then told me the position was not officially opened yet and that they would publish that online. I was then scheduled by an internal recruiter for 3 other interviews (6 in total in 3 months). I never heard back after my sixth interview from the hiring manager or the recruiter. They literally ghosted me even after a couple of follow up emails and a phone call. It was a very disrespectful and upsetting situation specially when you know you prepared hard for the interviews and know you have more qualifications than what is being asked. If they treat candidates like this I wonder how they treat their own employees and customers.
