Optiver Graduate Recruiter interview questions

The interview process is very long, there are about 5-6 steps to go through before you get an offer so be patient. Step 1 is an interview with a recruiter and step 2 is an interview with the head of HR. Unfortunately, I didn't make it past that stage since I was told they would prefer someone with more experience. However, I did have a very good experience with everyone from the team, communication was on point and I would definitely apply again in the future.
