In my experience, Orbitz has a smooth interview process. I located and applied for the position on-line then was contacted by a recruiter within the same week! Once it was determined that my qualifications met the position requirements, I was scheduled to meet with 3 members of the Talent Acquisition team. The team was extremely accommodating (as I was currently working) and was able to schedule the in-person interviews over my lunch hour. Interview questions were on-point, structured, and of varying difficulty.
After the first interview, I was notified the next week that the team wanted to bring me back to meet with some members of the HR team. The same scheduling process was followed and I met with two more members of the group over my lunch hour. I received final feedback the next week - that Orbitz wanted to bring me on-board as their new Recruiter!!
For those interviewing with Orbitz, just make sure you arrive to the interview with plenty of time. Before you can reach the Orbitz offices, you must first sign in at the security desk on the 3rd floor, present a photo ID, get a temporary badge, and then head to the correct elevator bay. Once on the Orbitz floor, you must dial the recruiter contact from the lobby. You never know how many people will be trying to get up to the offices in the Citi Bank Building at the same time, and you don't want this to make you late for your interview.
