1st round: HR teams call w/ 2 people. They discussed the company and salary, and I quickly walked them through my resume. They were very sweet, honest, & upfront and made everything easy to understand.
2nd round: Met with the hiring manager; the interview felt very conversational, which I loved! She went in-depth as to how I'd be supporting her, which made it easy to answer questions on how my experiences aligned.
3rd round: Met with the senior manager, our interview was again conversational and easy-going, we got to the nitty gritty on my experiences, and she explained the gaps the team needs filled, while happily answering all questions I had!
Overall, what I genuinely appreciated about the interview process was how fast and kept in the loop I was! All 3 interviews were about 3-4 days apart from each other, HR emailed me with updates as soon as they received them, and I received an offer after 2 weeks of my initial HR call. The 2 people I actually interviewed with were very kind, and at no point did I feel nervous answering a question, and I think everyone appreciated my personality shining through!
