The interview process was straight forward from the beginning. There were multiple phone interviews which included different levels of employees from varying departments. The final interview was a video conference and the technology was smooth and straight forward. The Orvis employees were great with offering accurate time tables for follow up interviews. There were few personality or situation questions. All interview's focused on past experience and was more of an open forum that allowed the applicant to present him or her credentials in response to job requirements. Each interview was aimed at getting to know the applicant's personality along with a more extensive look a how the applicant thought they could contribute to the position and the organizational culture.
