Own Company interview questions

Intro call with recruiter lasted no more then 10 minutes. She was nice but told me had to do a sales assessment test. For clarity, this was NOT a SALES ASSESSMENT TEST. Zero sales questions were asked and most likely I didn’t do to well. As a company based in NJ.. you would think they would actively be looking to acquire top talent not disqualify. Obviously the test is VC backed but Ownbackup can do a better job.

Thats the first time in 10 years that i write a feedback about an interview porcess. Got a call from an HR, proceed to a codility home test The test was set for 2 hours, i completed it in 1.5 hours, verified that everything is working correctly and submitted my answers. got a phone call in the morning from the same HR telling me that they decided to move on with other candidates based on my result, which honestly didnt make any sense, i asked her for a feedback or codility results which she said she will provide but she didnt bottom line, i believe they haven't even verify my test If an interviewer is spending him time on your process the minimum thing to do is to give him feedback back.
