PHMG Financial Analyst interview questions

Had a phone interview with the recruiter followed by an in-person interview with the FD. Have to say, it’s one of the best recruitment experiences I’ve ever had. Paul the recruiter was chatty and informal which was a breath of fresh air compared to most recruiters. Made me more enthusiastic to work for the company. Unfortunately I wasn’t offered the role. I’m not sure the FD fully knew what he was looking for. In the interview, he said he wanted an FA who could communicate with the technical team, but feedback was that I was too technical. A shame, but overall, a pleasant recruitment experience.
