I applied online. I interviewed at PHMG (Manchester, England) in Jun 2021
Interview
Ending up taking 5 hours, mostly due to a few complications with staff availability. Was super intense but nonetheless enjoyed it!
They frankly explained the reality of the job rather than a fantasy depiction which I appreciated (except they said we get early finish on a Friday which we don't always). The interviewers were all really nice respectable people, one of them tried to see if I'd get intimidated by some challenging questions but I understood that this was a process to see how we'd react, so perfectly just imo!
Straightforward, phone interview with recruiter and then in office where you talk to 2 managers and may be asked to do a mock call. After the interview I was called to inform that I would not be moving forward. I asked for feedback and I was told it was company policy to not give feedback to the candidate after the final decision was made.
Three step process:
1: Phone screening with the recruiter
2. Microsoft Teams Virtual interview with the same recruiter
3. In-person interview at the office with multiple leaders and I got an offer the next day

Question 1
Would you rather be number one on your team and not make much money or be number two on your team and make more?
Congratulations on your offer and welcome to the team! We’re excited to have you on board and look forward to supporting your journey and growth here at PHMG.

Simple, straightforward questions, don't really want to trick you, just see if oyu can handle the grind. This is paramount as the grind is insane here so they emphasize it quite a bit.
