It was a smooth and thorough process. Due to COVID, everything was done through video call and telephone calls. I was interviewed by four different individuals, which I thought was a little intimidating but was surprised at how nice each interviewer was. Didn’t feel nervous or awkward.

First-round interview was on campus with 2 business bankers. The next round was at a hotel in a city near where you applied, one night was a networking event and the next day was an interview with a group of 3 bankers who work in the city you applied to.
