PPG Technical Lead interview questions

Generic soft skill questions from the manager, as expected and vague questions like "what do I want to learn" The technical interview was a sham. Sabastian (the Tech Lead) had a list of C# questions that he read, such as "what is the most memory efficient collection", "what is the difference between generic lists and specialized collections", "how does the garbage collector work", etc. Overall, very in-debt technical questions that are meant to trip you up, and hardly applicable to any day-to-day programming. Furthermore, I had asked the recruiter what I need to prepare for the interview, and she said "nothing"...apparently I need to know C# in debt and spit out answers off the top of my head. Lame.
