The process took 5 days. I interviewed at PSCU (Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2018
Interview
Applied online on the 22nd of July, received an email to complete an online assessment (part of it was personality questions, such as I agree/disagree with statement, and the other part was a quick virtual call center role play). I received call on the 25th of July where the recruiter went over the basics of the position and asked a few questions about my prior experience then scheduled an in person interview the next day. The interview was on the 26th of July and took approximately an hour and a half to complete. Initially, the recruiter will go over some more basics of the position, and then asked typical interview questions (i.e. Tell me about a time when a customer was upset, how did you handle it?). After this portion, the recruiter then gave me a tour of the facility, showing their gym, lunch room, break room, call centers (there are multiple for the different departments) and a few other places. She then had me sit in to a few calls from one of the current employees. After about 10 minutes, she came back and went over the different shifts available. I chose a 4x10 schedule, but they had multiple 5x8 as well. The job was then offered on the spot, and I completed my I9 paperwork and was on my way! Super excited!
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you handled an irate customer, and what was the outcome?
Sometimes our systems will shut down and we won’t have access to our scripts. Tell me about a time you were in a similar situation and how did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PSCU (Shreveport, LA) in Jun 2023
Interview
The digital Interview was fairly easy. They asked questions and you were to respond by video. The questions were basically asking you to describe yourself and your job experiences. I heard back from the recruiter a day later to schedule a phone interview. Good luck!
