The interview process was very easy. I emailed with the Clinic Director briefly to schedule the interview. After scheduling the interview I met her at the clinic and we had a fairly normal conversation with questions concerning the roles of the position and my previous job experience. Overall just be personable and understand this is a role the provides assistance to the therapists you work with. It is purely a support role. They are looking for someone who wants to eventually pursue a career in the health profession preferably in physical therapy.
