The interview process at Pacaso was truly the most unique and candidate-focused experience I have ever had. I was referred by a current employee and the process was very quick. I interviewed with the recruiter on a Monday, had interviews with the Manager, VP and CRO on Tuesday/Wednesday and received my offer Wednesday night. Not only did the recruiter follow-up with me immediately following each interview, I was provided feedback on how I did and clear next steps. This communication kept me engaged and even more excited than I already was about the role. If the experience I had during the interview process is anything like my time will be at Pacaso, I know I'm in great company!

I was contacted through LinkedIn from one of their recruiters Carlos. He is very professional and I went through 3 interviews. The process did have a few hiccups but I didn't want to give up the great opportunity to work for Pacaso. Each individual asked key questions to gain a deeper perspective on my sales methodology and customer relations. I did not receive an offer unfortunately but that does not change my opinion that working for this company would be a great opportunity.
