Panda Restaurant Group interview questions

This company has a great culture and friendly staff, but they will waste your time with interviews. I did not even apply to anything, a recruiter from their team reached out to me about the positions after seeing my LinkedIn profile and resume. They pretend to be very interested in you only to make you go through a months long process of interviews for nothing. I did two phone interviews, and two in person interviews only for them to let me know they decided to go with another candidate. Why even contact me in the first place? Also, the Panda Cares Coordinator position was temp (for 6 months) and they wasted and entire month of that time interviewing so you’d really only be there for 5 months with no promise of an extension. Neutral experience only because some of the people you meet are very nice. STOP DRAGGING OUT THE INTERVIEW PROCESS AND WASTING PEOPLE’S TIME.

They met with me several times during the interview process to get a feel of my personality, work experience, and what I was looking for in a company. The interviewer and I developed some rapport and a mutual understanding of what they were looking for and what I was able to provide as a busser/runner.
