First there was an initial phone interview where they screened out unlikely candidates. Second (on-site) interview was with the Hiring Manager at their headquarters in Rosemead. She mostly drilled question after question but she did allow for me to personally ask questions at the end. Third (on-site) interview was with the department head and a couple of potential future team
members. This interview was similar to the previous on-site interviews where they asked some of the same questions and it was a similar interview style. All interviews lasted about half an hour for me. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the fourth and fifth interview due to another candidate having more experience than I did. All in all, in my opinion, there were too many preliminary hoops to jump through for the entry-level position in HR I was applying for. At the end of the third interview, I was already 2 weeks into the interview process and, frankly, was a little frustrated from having to commute 3 hours round trip every time to their corporate office.
