I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Partners Personnel
Interview
Interviewed with Branch Manager - described the job, what it entailed, no details on commission plan. Asked brief questions about past jobs and why I enjoyed being in sales (clue - of course money should be included in that answer). Probably should've received job description and commission plan at this interview, as I was asked about it at the next interview and whether I had any questions about it.

Question 1
Interviewed with Upper Manager - asked if I got commission plan and job description (which I didn't), then she emailed it to me. Being able to read it over in 2 minutes did not allow me enough time to grasp entirety of it and ask relevant questions. A lot of statements around if I would be able to be alone out in the field, KPI's (100 prospecting calls plus 2 calls or in-person with decision maker/week). Also told me some accounts were already taken and I couldn't call on those. She highlighted a lot of negativity of the job, which may be her trying to be realistic, but I've been doing outside sales my entire career, and know the downfalls. Definitely didn't sell me on her or the company.
Thorough and organized. Asked good questions and were professional. There were 3 interviews in total. The recruiter was very friendly. Management was warm and inviting. The interviews were to the point and hard hitting - very nicely done. I recommend this company to anybody looking for a change of pace.
