Interviews done completely remote, all web conferencing, all by young turks, 30 and under that have zero life experience, but think they own the world, and know more than me.

They typical, "where do you see yourself in 5 years," and other worthless questions, such as, "tell me about your biggest sale."

Initial screening interview, then interviewed remotely with hiring manager, then interviewed in person with 2 different groups. This was not a straight sales job, so there were some specific skills they were looking for.
