Really long and disjointed process - meeting up to 10 people but for short periods of time. Almost more like speed dating. Questions were repetitive and lacked deep dives; ultimately had to assess what they’re looking for or how to best provide an idea of your fit and skill sets. Felt simultaneously in-depth but very shallow in terms of assessing hard skills such as leadership skills, quantitative, qualitative skills. For the position I was interviewing for it’s not unusual to have to do a quick presentation, for instance; or be probed on leadership style and experience. Follow up is very slow; 2-3 week lag between scheduling each round. Maybe this is how they treat backup candidates, and I was one; and others have much faster experiences? Or they just weren’t in a rush to necessarily add to the team and just wanted to see what was out there. Disappointing experience overall.
