It was a organized and exact process. I was involved with the recruitment team and management team. Very insightful help from the recruiter and set me up for success in the interview process.

It started with a recruiter reaching out to me after I sent in an application. The screening was fairly quick and she was mainly looking for a high level overview of me. My next interview was with the hiring manager. She was focused on my sales experience, and how well I got into their culture. Next was an interview with the regional manager, who screened my selling skills. Lastly, I interviewed with others on the team.
