      1. Screening Stage Objective: Filter candidates based on experience and alignment with the company’s needs. Phone or Video Screening (HR Round) Brief discussion about work experience, key achievements, and career goals. Understanding of the company’s operations and culture fit. Salary expectations and availability. 2. Technical & Behavioral Interviews Objective: Assess operational knowledge, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Interview with Hiring Manager (Technical Round) Questions on supply chain, process improvements, and team management. Scenario-based questions: "How would you optimize an inefficient process?" "What KPIs do you track in operations?" "Describe a time you handled a major operational crisis." Behavioral Interview (STAR Method) Leadership and conflict resolution examples. Handling high-pressure situations and decision-making skills.
