Pearson English Language Assessment Manager interview questions

A 20-minute interview over the phone. Was told I'd receive a response early next week. More than two weeks later, I sent an email nudge and subsequently received an automated response from their system. Very impersonal overall, and quite disappointing they couldn't be bothered to respond in person.
