HR contacted me first and scheduled a screening phone interview with me. Interview questions include planned starting date, why applying for this position, which part of my background fits into the position, my career development goal, etc.. The interview experience is pleasant.

Question 1
What is the most challenging situation you have encountered in the past six months? How did you handle it?
I am interview on-site with one round of phone interviews and 4 on-site interviews with an hour each. The questions included technical questions and behavioral questions about previous work experience and psychometrics knowledge.
Phone interview. Basically the hiring manager takes a long time introducing the job and responsibilities, and in between asks what you have done that are relevant to this job. So be careful with questions coming up all of a sudden. The hiring manager also asks whether you have experience managing a team and working with people of irrelevant background.
