The interview consisted on Behavioral Questions where they give you a scenario, evaluate your reponse to see how you would handle future situations. It was only one interview, then you have to take a really simple computer test (basically logical thinking). FInally after couple days I received a response offering me the position, I accepted.

Give a specific example of when you had to solve a problem for a dissatisfied customer recently.
First, it was a one-on-one interview with HR on the phone, the next interview was with the hiring manager on Zoom. The last interview I made it to was with several team members via Zoom.

Pretty standard stuff: Why did you decide to apply for this position? Tell me something about yourself. Why did you decide to apply for this position? Why should we hire you? Tell me about a time when you had to turn a negative situation into a positive one.
It was good and quick ,on my request they did online recruitment .Interview went awesome but still I am waiting for the results .it will good if at least they can inform candidate about the results .

Phone screening to see if you know where the office is, if the hours are suitable, if the hybrid model works for you.
Interview could be on teams or face to face.
Email or phone task is just a simple question to see how well you can write and email or respond to customer over the phone. Full training is provided once job is accepted. More about your ability and willingness to help.
