Pearson interview questions

I applied for the position in October. In late November I received an e-mail from an HR recruiter that the position was on hold for a short time, but they were now going to be hiring for it. The initial interview was with the HR recruiter and considered the basic questions (why are you switching jobs, what can you bring to this company). One interesting question was "What have I done that made a direct impact on a client?". After I cleared up some HR business at my current company I had an in-person interview. The interview was with who would be my manager as well as another manager in the department. The questions were pretty much all the same. The only negative was that the position was switched from a permanent position to a temporary position the day before my second interview. I still interviewed as it was possible that the position could switch back.

First I had a phone screen interview with an HR rep. Then I interviewed in person with the HR rep, the hiring manager, and one of the admin coordinators.
