Pearson Portfolio Assistant interview questions

I was emailed by an HR representative requesting a phone interview. The interview seemed to go well and she told me that she would be in contact with me again in the near future to set up a follow up interview with a hiring manager, but I was never contacted again and the subsequent emails that I sent went unanswered.
