Phone interview, followed by in-person interview. During the in-person interview, they told me that the phone interviewer was supposed to have let me know there would be a test at the in-person interview. The phone interviewer had not let me know this though. I felt good about the interview and how I did on the test, but I never heard back other than a brief response to my follow-up thank you email.
