Per Scholas interview questions

Stage 1: Phone screening Stage 2: Zoom Interview with Hiring Manager + Director of Talent Solutions (Not completed- Interviewers No Showed) Stage 3: Onsite presentation (not completed) Clear timeline communicated initially, but not honored. Data for you to consider while applying to work with this company: Recruiter disappeared after initial outreach; reappeared 3 weeks later. First interview was rescheduled three times under three different recruiters, Director interviewed me. Interview finally conducted by the Director due to recruiter workload" Strategic questions were met with vague answers- lack of clarity from leadership. Second interview was a no-show by 2 Interviewers: no communication, follow-up, or apology. No explanation or acknowledgment of missed meeting. While the mission was compelling, the lack of professionalism, transparency, and follow-through raised major red flags. Deep internal disorganization. Candidate experience was deplorable.

The team that I met with was absolutely wonderful and respectful. There were, however, many issues with the scheduling of the interview with their recruiter. I had received an email that I did not make it to the next round of interviews, but then received an invitation to the next round of interviews. It was around the holidays, so perhaps there was just an issue with record keeping, but it seemed chaotic.
