I had a very pleasant initial call with a very kind talent representative, who seemed genuinely excited about my profile. We quickly scheduled a follow-up call, which went exceptionally well. Following that, I had a Google Meet call with the CSPO, where we discussed the job responsibilities and my background in detail.
On July 9, I received an assignment, which I completed and submitted well before the deadline. However, I was disappointed to never receive any response after that. I reached out via email to both the HR representative and the CSPO, but unfortunately, I have not heard back from anyone to this day.
This experience has been quite disappointing, and I strongly urge the team at Perficient to reconsider their approach to candidate communication. A simple follow-up email takes only a few minutes and can significantly impact a candidate's experience, preventing unnecessary disappointment.
