Perforce Software interview questions

The interview process involved a 30-minute phone interview with the recruiting manager, followed by two 45-minute meetings with team members. I received an interview update one week later. The process was standard, although my overall experience was not exceptional. One of the interviewers was biased and demeaning. I asked for feedback and they stated that I was overqualified and outside of their salary budget. Although, they could have rejected me when I first submitted my application, and could have saved two (2) hours of my time job searching. They also acknowledged that they lack diversity. Would not recommend this company.

We had one Zoom interview with the hiring manager and then came into the office for a number of interviews. I met with the hiring team and manager and then the EVP.
