First, I had a 30 minute phone screen with the TA manager. Then, I bounced around to different Zoom interviews with the rest of the content team as well as other marketing leaders. It was four Zoom calls total, about 30 minutes each. The interviewers were all friendly and pleasant to talk to.
In the midst of taking interviews, I was also tasked with making a short video describing how I connected with one of the company's core values. I was told creativity was key.
After all the interviews and the video, I was asked to complete a short writing assignment, a 600-800 word blog post.
The process took a total of about 3 weeks. I unfortunately was not offered the position, but I still felt valued by the organization.
