Pros

Overall its been a good experience working here. The company has a very driven culture and there is always something new to learn. If you are looking for a place where you can grow fast and take on responsibilities early, this is definitely one of those places. Leadership is quite direct when it comes to goals and performance. Some people may find that challenging at first, but personally I liked knowing exactly what was expected and where the company is heading. There is not much ambiguity and that helps teams stay focused. The people are smart, supportive and willing to help. I've worked with some really talented colleagues and learned a lot from them over the years.

Cons

t may take a little time to adjust if you're used to a softer communication style, although the intent is usually to keep everyone aligned and moving in the same direction.

Pros

. I've been working here for some time now and overall its been a positive experience. One thing I appreciate is that there is a clear structure around how work gets done. The company also does try to support employees in practical ways. -Flexible work hours are available and managers are generally understanding as long as the work is getting done. -Transport facility and night shift allowance are definitely helpful and shows the company cares about employee safety. There is always something happening and you rarely feel stuck doing the same thing everyday.

Cons

At times, office attendance expectations can feel a bit more structured compared to some companies that offer complete flexibility.

Pros

Phenom offers exceptional flexibility with unlimited PTO and minimal micromanagement. The benefits are top-tier, and the free food in the office is a great perk. Overall, it’s a very employee-friendly environment that values autonomy.

Cons

There is a significant lack of direction within the CV team, with constantly shifting priorities and inconsistent delivery cycles. Methods and tools change frequently, and data collection is manual and inconsistent, frustrating both clients and employees. Furthermore, there is a lack of knowledge sharing between teams, which exacerbates inefficiencies. Leadership also lacks a clear vision for the department’s future, and there is no intuitive framework to streamline processes or deliver value more efficiently, creating ongoing friction for the team.
