I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Phillips 66 (New Brunswick, NJ) in Sep 2017
Interview
Took place in campus career office. Consisted of a brief pre-interview with a greeter, then a two on one interview that lasted around 25 to 30 minutes. Some questions were asked specifically about one position on my resume, so be flexible and plan on being able to use every position for any question.
