The interview and hiring process was actually great... the manager that hired me was very friendly.....I got hired the same day as interview, but then new management came in and the company went downhill from there.

Managers talk down to all employees, treat us like dirt, no respect, they get bonuses for the work the employees do!!!! I mean seriously does Pilot Flying J train managers to treat their employees like this? because the same problems are happening in several stores across the states
Talked to manager, interview on spot, received job. The process was straightforward, he just asked basic interview questions and a lot about my availability. He gave me the job on the spot and went over schedule, dress code, and compensation.

Interview
The interview was short and I was asked basic questions. The questions were very easy to answer and both interviewers were polite and friendly throughout the process. I left with the feeling that it had gone very well and that they had asked enough about me to really get an understanding of the type of employee I would be for them.

very profesional in the interview process the manager was professiona; very prompt in making a decision and punctual in sending a return call i would recommend this employer to anyone serious about providing good customer service
