It is a short process. The interviewer is looking for a friendly spirit person. Try to be bubbly with a sweet personality. Talk a lot and smile. Ask plenty of questions.

Tell me about a time you saw another employee steal. What did you do?
The interview was a sit down, in person interview with the manager. Questions very general to skill set, availability, standard questions you’d expect for a sales associate job. It was very quick and I heard back quickly.
