Pilot Flying J Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

Interview process was short, but professional. The amount of work and scheduling process was very much overlooked and misleading. Honestly, the interview was easy and I find it to be evident that they'll hire anyone who walks through the door and applies. Which is good in some cases, but leads to poor employee quality.

Two different interviews by two different managers , asking about my strengths and weaknesses ...whether or not I can take criticism and my punctuality. What were my jobs and responsibilities at previous work places and how I handled customer service the good and bad scenarios with customers.
