Ping Identity Solutions Architect interview questions

One technical and one HR interview over phone. That followed by a day onsite, meeting with different team members as well as some from the management team. Recently added a new step of taking a Cognitive Abilities test somewhere early in the process (I did not have that when I was interviewed)

I put in my resume and cover letter on the company site. I received a callback and we did an initial phone screen. Once past that, I quickly went thru the assessments. For comparison, I only completed 38 questions. But, I soon received a response to move on to the next step. I then did a phone interview with the hiring manager, which went well enough that I was then scheduled a technical interview. The technical interview was less than stellar on my part. The interviewer wanted to lead you down a path that I had trouble understanding at times. Also, after the interview with the hiring manager, the technical questions were in a completely different direction than what I would be doing. I sent appropriate "thank you" notes along the way. I never heard back one way or another. I even sent an email to the hiring manager to follow up with no response.
