I applied online. I interviewed at PitchBook (Seattle, WA) in May 2017
Interview
Quick follow-up after application, initial HR phone screening, 1.5 hour Skype interview, personality test, quick "project." Most of the interview process was explaining the position itself which entails around 30+ cold calls and emails to start up verifying information on the platform. "Research" might not be the best word to describe this position. Seem to be nice people, and do a good job explaining the position itself.
I applied online. I interviewed at PitchBook (Mumbai) in Aug 2022
Interview
The HR at Pitchbook Mumbai is pathetic. I first received a mail from HR saying that you are selected, and later I receive a mail from her saying that you will have a different date of joining which will be confirmed. Yesterday I got a mail saying that the business requirements are fulfilled so please look for other opportunities. If you did not want me to join then why are you giving hopes to candidates in such ways.
The HR is very unprofessional, as in the mails she always says don't send follow up emails or call for follow up, but isn't this the work of HR to answer the questions of any potential candidates.
