PitchBook interview questions

Recruiter phone screen, hiring manager video interview, in person group panel. Everyone was kind and professional. However, the rejection email contained reasons why I wasn’t selected, which were all concepts absent from the interview process as well as the job listing which I found confusing. I also find it strange when employers find it surprising when you don’t have experience that isn’t listed on your resume

Multiple rounds of interview - at least 5 rounds, both virtual and written. Two with manager level, one with director level, one written, one with HR. Scheduling process was ok, nothing fancy but HR made effort to keep you updated regarding the next steps of interviews
