Interview
I went through a 4-step process:
Online test,
Google Hangout interview with technical leaders in California,
Google Hangout with Director of Networking
and a short meeting with Director of Finance at the office.
The whole thing took just a little more than a month.
Sony HR was incredibly responsive and they made me feel welcome at every step along the way.
The interview questions were rather difficult but my interviewers were giving me friendly tips and advice as we went through the interview. I appreciate that.
I have accepted their offer.

Some Networking related questions as well.
