Very poor experience. I would advice others to not even go through the process since it's pretty useless. Like others have noted the interviews take over 2 months - and then they'll just randomly reject you without any reason.
They will randomly schedule then cancel then reschedule , no intimation on which team you'll join etc. it doesnt seem like they're interested in hiring.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Playlist in Mar 2026
Interview
The process was long and disorganized, with sometimes weeks between interviews or replies. They rescheduled multiple interviews. The interviewers were overall nice, it was disorganized and I had the same types of questions in multiple interviews. The 2nd step of the interview process was supposed to be a WHO interview, which still hadn't happened by round 6 or 7 (I lost count).
After my last interview they never reached out again, and I figured it was better this way.
