I had a screening, and then FOUR 30 minute virtual interviews with different individuals from the event and marketing teams. The first one was over three months ago. The interviews were stiff and focused solely on my answers to the questions. None of them had anything good to say about the company culture and made it sound like a terrible place to work. Multiple people said that there is no work/life balance, the company is focused on "winning", and all they talked about was how fast paced it was.
I reached out once for a timeline status, and they mentioned even more interviews on top of the four I had already done. They have since ghosted me. Ridiculous. For how much they claim to "hustle", I did not experience that in the interview process.
If you care about your personal life and enjoying your job, I don't recommend interviewing or working here. And this was just what I learned in the interview process. I know I dodged a bullet.
